Preheat oven to 350F. Toast strawberries slices with honey in a bowl. Transfer to a baking tray covered with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Make sure the slices are spread out.
Roast until strawberries slices show slight caramelization. Usually about 15-20 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down.
Add cream cheese into a bowl. Whip the cream cheese until fluffy for about 5 minutes. Then add in the roasted strawberries and the pinch of salt. Whip another couple of minutes until well blended.
